The house was build 1907 in style of art nouveau and has been refurbished in 2001. After the cold war the house was used for the city commander and his family to live in. During times of the DDR, regular guest were Putting & Gorbatschow. The building itself is in a very good condition & has a very high quality of architecture in all rooms.
