The Building:
The apartment building has four floors with four apartments on each floor. The building is made up of 2, 3 and 4 roomed apartments, all with a very practical floor plan. The building contains 16 apartments in total and 7 car parking spots. There is also a cellar underneath the first floor. All apartments have either a terrace or balcony, and the kitchens within the apartments have an oven and sink and are also tiled which is not standard in properties for sale in Berlin. The heating system is oil based which is located in the basement and all windows are double glazed for maximum heat retention. Due to its natural beauty Reinickendorf attracts tourists and locals to its green areas which are decorated with lakes and greenery. The location of the building has good infrastructure with the U-Bahn "Scharnweberstrasse" found to the South of the apartment building and the S-Bahn "Eichborndamm" found to the North of the building and the area is also well served by buses.
